Our strength sessions are held at popular times in the early morning, midmorning, and evenings. Specific class times can be seen here at the class schedule. Each energizing session lasts 45 minutes.

Your journey starts and ends with real progress you can see. We’ll kick off with an InBody scan, plus optional measurements and progress photos to capture your starting point. Each week, you’ll check in with another InBody scan to track changes in muscle, fat, and overall body composition—so you know exactly how your effort is paying off.

The InBody scanner is a medical-grade device used for body composition analysis. It provides detailed information about various components of the body, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, water distribution, and visceral fat levels. The scanner uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure these parameters by sending a low-level electrical current through the body and analyzing how it travels through different tissues. This information helps individuals and professionals track changes in body composition over time, allowing for more targeted fitness and nutrition plans.
